Problem
A common problem is having lots of traffic but low conversion. The goal is to understand what can be improved on the website and in the overall user journey to increase conversion and enhance the user experience.
Final Results
The entire user journey map was audited, and the main conversion funnels were created together with the marketing, business, and support teams. All incoming data was analyzed, highlighting potential areas for improvement. Improvement ideas were categorized based on their possible impact on the conversion funnel, and wireframe mockups were prepared. Resulted in [Data gathering is currently in progress].
