Leading the end-to-end design for Chromaway’s flagship blockchain product, My Neighbor Alice, with a focus on conversions optimisation — shaped by data insights, research, user needs, business goals, marketing vision, and extensive testing. Blockchain, like an AI, is an exciting yet challenging addition to familiar systems. With no blueprint to follow, the process demands constant test > validate > iterate cycles. This experience reinforced prototyping as a crucial step in building innovative products.
In parallel, I contributed to key Chromaway initiatives, including establishing the Chromaway (↗) and Chromia (↗) brands, Staking (↗), and the Dalarnia Project (↗). I also defined the design strategy and rapidly built the foundation for the Digital Product Passport blockchain application in close collaboration with the European Commission—see the case study below.

Rebuilding the CMS (Content Managment System), from developer's small tool with 250 users/d to one of core WIX product and unique selling point now
For five years, I led the design for Wix.com's CMS, establishing continuous user feedback as a core practice. This transformed negative input into actionable insights, driving feature improvements and higher user engagement. I applied the "small changes = big impact" approach, demonstrating how minor optimizations could boost conversion rates and helping prioritize them alongside major initiatives. These efforts led to increased referrals, long-term collaborations, and product growth, making CMS one of Wix's core features today.
Aer Lingus

As part of the Aer Lingus design team, the flag air carrier of Ireland, I helped enhance the user experience by redesigning the booking flow to match a new design vision and adapting it for mobile, ensuring top usability and accessibility standards.
Pet Project
Designing startup from scratch
Leading the overall design process, along with customer development, interviews, team management, and pitching the product to the audience. That project showed me the entire process of how products are made and what goes on behind the design aspect. I learned a lot and gained a deep understanding of the crucial importance of the business models, technical side, and marketing aspects.
